  1. 1. Instagram → Settings → Accounts Center → Your information and permissions → Download your information.
  2. 2. Choose Some of your information → Followers and following.
  3. 3. Set format to JSON and request the download.
  4. 4. When the email arrives, download the ZIP and drop it here.
