Privacy Policy

Glimpsr is privacy-first by construction. Your Instagram export is parsed entirely in your browser. We never receive the raw ZIP or any media, and we never ask for your Instagram password.

What we store

In device-only mode, your analysis is stored locally in your browser (IndexedDB) and never transmitted. If you create an account and enable sync, we store a normalized list of usernames, profile links, follow timestamps, and list membership — nothing more.

Your rights

You can export all of your stored data as JSON, or permanently delete your account and every associated record at any time from Settings. Deletion cascades across our database, object storage, and payment provider. Soft-deleted data is purged within 30 days.

Processors

We use Clerk (authentication), a third-party payment provider (Stripe or Dodo Payments, depending on your region), GoDaddy (email), and S3-compatible object storage (generated reports only). Analytics are cookieless (Umami).
