1. The service
Glimpsr analyzes your official Instagram data export to show who doesn't follow you back, who unfollowed you, your fans, mutuals, and audience growth. Your export is parsed in your browser; we never ask for your Instagram password. By using Glimpsr you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
2. Plans & billing
Glimpsr is free to use in device-only mode. Paid plans unlock full lists, exports, and unlimited history:
- 7-Day Pass ($4.99) — a one-time payment that unlocks everything for 7 days. It does not auto-renew and there is nothing to cancel.
- Pro — a recurring subscription billed at $29 / year or $3.99/month. Pro renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. We charge the payment method on file each period at the then-current price; we will give notice of any price change before it applies.
Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment provider. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any taxes that may apply in your jurisdiction.
3. Cancellation
You can cancel Pro at any time from Settings, which opens your billing portal. Cancelling stops future charges; you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for. The 7-Day Pass expires on its own and needs no cancellation.
4. Refunds
If Glimpsr isn't what you expected, email us at admin@glimpsr.app within 14 days of your purchase and we'll refund it, no questions asked. For Pro, we refund the most recent charge; renewals more than 14 days old are not refundable, but you can cancel to prevent the next one. Because the 7-Day Pass grants immediate full access, refund requests after the 14-day window aren't guaranteed.
5. Acceptable use & disclaimer
Use Glimpsr only with data exports for accounts you own or are authorized to analyze. Glimpsr reports on the data present in your export; a single export is a point-in-time snapshot, so past unfollowers can't be recovered from one download. The service is provided "as is," without warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages to the extent permitted by law. We are independent and not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram or Meta.
6. Privacy
How we handle data is covered in our Privacy Policy. You can export or permanently delete your stored data at any time from Settings.
